At Botildenborg, a meal is much more than just food. It's a way of socialising and helping to build a better world. 

Botildenborg runs its own farm, where we show how it's possible to produce food and improve the environment even in the heart of the city. Our menus vary from season to season and we always use our own ingredients as much as possible. All our food is vegetarian and, largely, vegan. 

And because we serve according to the season, our menu is constantly changing. Most of our vegetables come from our own farm! 

Our conferences serve a delicious buffet with flavours and inspiration from the Orient.
