Bykrogens conference hotel is located in an old starch factory, only 500 metres from the lake of Råbelövssjön just outside of Kristianstad. We offer 46 beds in 25 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms as well as 6 conference rooms, all with different themes.

We offer our conference guests a 3-course menu or a 10-course tasting menu that is a delight to the eye and a fantastic taste experience.

 

A feature we are especially proud of is our show kitchen, where you do the cooking together with one of our chefs. Using only local produce, we put together a real gourmet menu – and with guidance from the chef, you are guaranteed to learn something new.
