When organising a larger meeting, there are many parameters to consider.

Do you need breakout space for workshops, what are the catering areas like, is there space for networking and mingling?

As with smaller meetings, the setup is important. Cabaret seating is great for interactive meetings; theatre seating is better for presentations.

You also need to consider transportation to and from the venue – we will help organising coaches and anything else you may need.
