Skånska Möten offer a wide range of venues in Skåne. Whether your group is looking for a castle, a tranquil countryside oasis, city centre pulse or a more traditional venue, we have something for you. We help you with suggestions to suit your needs, efficiently and complimentary.

The team here at Skånska Möten has extensive experience in booking conferences. We save you time and energy by proposing suitable, available venues for your event, and if you have any special requirements we will make sure we include them. We welcome an open conversation, in order for us to suggest the perfect venue for you.
Our office hours are weekdays between 08.30 and 16.30. We accept your request within a few hours and send you a proposal the same day. If for some reason we are unable to, we will let you know.
If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please email us at info@skanskamoten.se as your request may not have reached us. Our service is complimentary to you, instead we charge a commission to the venue.

About us
We who run Skånska Möten are called Elin & Jimmy Moritz and we are passionate about, and see the power in good relationships. A personal approach and a high level of service are important parts of our work.
Elin Moritz
A native of Norrland (northern Sweden) with an extensive background in the hotel industry.
Before taking over Skånska Möten in 2012, I worked as a hotel director and have handled most aspects of the industry over my time at hotels, in different areas of Sweden.
I decided to take over Skånska Möten because it gave me the opportunity to develop the network, and that is exactly what I did. In my work, I really benefit from my past experience in the hospitality industry, all from booking conferences to combining meeting bookers with the right meeting spaces and coordinating the network.
I am passionate about development and building relationships.

Jimmy Moritz
I am passionate about satisfied customers and sharing my experiences.
After more than 20 years in the restaurant and hotel industry, I have been part of Skånska Möten since 2017, where I am responsible for sales and marketing. I am usually the one you meet on our inspiration days and trade expos.
In the past, I have been everything from waiter, restaurant manager and sommelier to hotel director and restaurant owner – both in Sweden and abroad. All of these are of great benefit to me today.
